Little Quilts for Cards Workshop

Monday, January 15th, 10 – 4.30

Come and make a simple little patchwork/appliqué quilt using one of the 3 pretty designs offered: - Sunflower, Sunbonnet Sue, or Heart and Stars, which you should be able to complete in the day. Leave it with me, and in a week, I will send it back to you recorded delivery, with 10 beautiful quality blank cards and matching envelopes, individually cellophane wrapped, with words of your choice on the back. Just think how nice to send such a personal card to your quilting friends!
The cost of the day covers the cost of posting your goodies back to you by recorded delivery, as well as a nice pub lunch at the very pleasant family pub called The White Horse next door. It will be possible to re-order more cards at a later date if you wish.

Whimsical Tilted Log Cabin

This is a variation on the classic log cabin block design. I like it because it is very liberating and free, and can use up masses of scraps! Come to the day class as an intro, and make a small quilt, or do the Retreat below if you need a blissful weekend away having even more fun and indulgence!
