Thanks for your great Ideas! Jamie

As you look
around our website, you'll see his symbol: ![]()
It's means someone like you had a great idea and was kind enough to send it
to us.
You can click on that symbol to bring you here and learn more about the idea
and the person who gave it to us.
We greatly value the opinions of you - our web site visitors and customers,
and we'd like to share them.
Your background, your level of experience, interests, age, personality type
- all give you a unique perspective on our web site, which we can learn from.
Perhaps you have feedback on whether you like something or hate it.
Perhaps you can't get something to work, or you feel it ought to work a whole
lot better. "Rights" and "wrongs" don't come into it. If
you think it - we'd love to hear about it from you.
All ideas receive a grateful response from me, the webmaster. I'll let
you know what I think we can do, and if or when you might expect to see it turned
into reality at the website. Some ideas take minutes, others many months.
For those ideas we implement, with your permission - we'll also acknowledge
you publicly at the web site with our "Thank You" panels. We can include
your email address, and a picture in our hall of fame if you like. You'll also
receive a special gift from us.
So far our Customer Hall of Fame is ... exclusive and elite
but we're hoping it will continue to grow.
We have a number of ideas on the back burner from generous, imaginative customers,
and those ideas will also appear here when they're implemented.

Swatch
Mosaic Builder

Our friend Helen Coverley
originally suggested that visitors might like to see their purchases next
to each other on-screen. |

Browsing |
Helen Coverley suggested it might be nice to listen to a little music whilst browsing. We agreed, and now our music page is enjoyed hundreds of times each week, thanks to Helen. |

Shopping
Basket Saving
|
Anne S suggested we make the shopping basket work so that whatever was in it, would be there next time she came to browse. That way, she could shop over several sessions. It's also a great way for CD-ROM customers to work, since - with no phone bill to worry about, they can browse endlessly. Works like a dream! Thanks, Anne. |

Page-bottom
Link colours |
Kirsten Ekdahl pointed out that the blue links at the bottom of pages with black backgrounds can be very difficult to see. Now why didn't we see that? We fixed the website so that the links are the same colour as the text - which is chosen to contrast with the background colour. Thanks Kirsten, a little gift awaits you on your next order from us! |
